Registration for the new James W. Wilson, Jr. Elementary School and Johnnie R. Carr Middle School has begun. Registration is taking place at Blount Elementary School on the following dates and times:

June 15th – June 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

June 22nd – June 26th from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

You will need to bring the following documents:

Child’s original certified birth certificate
Immunization certificate
Child’s Social Security card (card required)
Proof of residence (lease, gas, or electric bill) no on-line copies
Parent’s identification

Parents without a bonafide address must present the following:

A notarized statement stating that the parents and enrolling student(s) are living at a given address of the homeowner that the family is living with at the given address to the Student Support Services/PALS Office and complete a Home Verification Form.
Student(s) will be permitted to enroll at the zone school for 30 days pending verification of the home address.
